City College provides continuing education for adult learners. The college offers programs in an asynchronous online format to support post-traditional students. City College also offers flexible, non-credit programs for workforce development, career advancement, and personal enrichment. We offer learning opportunities, online and in person, through certificates, bootcamps, individual courses, programs, and corporate training. Programs
Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program is pending final approvals from Loyola's Board of Trustees and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Program requirements are anticipated to be published for a Spring 2027 program start, but were not available at the initial time of the Fall Bulletin publication.
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership will be an online, 30 credit hour graduate degree program that prepares students to lead effectively across organizational contexts by developing competencies in leadership theory and practice, organizational behavior, strategic leadership, project management, and applied leadership. The program will support working professionals seeking advancement into leadership roles in nonprofit, education, public service, and related services.

Master of Professional Studies
The Master of Professional Studies is an online, 31 credit hour graduate degree program. Students complete requirements for two approved graduate certificate programs alongside other program requirements. Completion of this academic program requires a 3.0 GPA in each certificate program and a 3.0 in the overall Master of Professional Studies program.
